Trek's Domane 2.0 proudly features Trek's race-winning IsoSpeed technology and balanced endurance geometry for a wonderful ride, long-ride comfort and excellent handling on all roads. The efficient aluminum frame and road-smoothing carbon fork dance up the climbs so you enjoy all your favorite loops even more. And, like all Treks, the Domane is a thoroughbred at heart with unrivaled road manners that make you want to keep riding all day. You'll love the quality components, too, from the precision-shifting Shimano 20-speed drivetrain with compact cranks for easier climbing, and powerful dual-pivot brakes, to the Bontrager wheels, tires, bars and stem.
|Trek's Domane is a game-changer. It's a high-performance race machine that's also comfortable enough for even your longest rides and roughest roads. Here are some highlights:
|The IsoSpeed fork's rake (offset) has been increased to optimize handling and lengthen the wheelbase for greater compliance over even harsh terrain. It's already been proven with wins in races over the toughest cobbles in Europe.
||The 3S chain-keeper is integrated directly into the frame. It's an elegant solution that prevents the chain coming off on rough roads and under hard shifts. It lets you make any shift you want at any time without worrying.|

On Sept. 8, 2016 I was getting ready to take this bike out for a ride when I noticed a very large crack on the seat post about 2 inches under the locking nut. Upon close inspection I could see that the crack went all of the through the tube and about 3/4 of the way around its circumference. The crack must have happened very recently because I would have surely noticed it before now. It's not the sort of thing that would slip anyone's attention. I only rode this bike locally on the Capital Trail and a few times on the Colonial Parkway. I am in my early 60s, of average weight (175 lbs) and height (5'11"). I never abused this bike in any way. I never took it off road. I have returned the bike to Bike Beat and am now waiting to see what Trek will do. I was told that they guarantee their frames. We shall see.

I went from a 2016 Trek FX 5 to the Domane 2.0 and what a difference! I feel like I can ride this bike all day. The minutes I park it after a 30 mile ride, I want to get back on a hour later and ride it again. The Matte Black color with red accent is beautiful and looks much more expensive. The only thing I don't like is the no name brakes. Feels like it takes longer to slow down.
- Nice ride
I use this for everyday ride, 20-50 miles rides.. Love this bike..
- Road Biking
My wife and I just purchased two Domane 2.0's. These are our first "real" road bikes and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. The ISOspeed rear coupler and forks really smooth out and virtually eliminate the road noise found on the bad roads here in North Texas. While we don't have more expensive bikes to compare the Domane 2.0 to these are exactly what we were looking for to help us reach our goal of completing the century rides and hopefully ride in the Hotter Than Hell next year.
